摘要 [目的]建立顶空-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水中苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、异丙苯和苯乙烯的检测方法。[方法]确立本检测方法的条件试验,如色谱条件、顶空条件等;进行顶空-毛细管柱气相色谱法的方法学试验。[结果]8种成份在11min内完成测定并具有较好的分离效果;在(1-100)μg/L浓度范围内可获得较好的直线方程,相关系数(r)为0.99-0.999;最低检出限分别为:苯0.36μg/L、甲苯0.57μg/L、乙苯0.84μg/L、间、对二甲苯0.57μg/L、苯乙烯1.35μg/L、邻位二甲苯1.30μg/I、异丙苯1.50μg/L;精密度RSD为3.3%-11.3%,回收率为83.4%-112%。[结论]此方法操作简便、重现性好,提高了灵敏度,适用于检测水中苯系物的含量。 [Objective]To establish a method for determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o, m, p - xylene, cumene and styrene by gas chromatography with FID detection. [Methods] Some parameters of the method, such as various capillary columns, pre-treatment of sample ate were found by test. [Results] The compounds of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o, m, p - xylene, cumene and styrene were analyzed by gas chromatography with FID detection.The 8 compounds were analyzed in 11 min.The correlation coefficient of the method was 0.99 - 0.999 between 1μg/L and 100μg/L.The recovery and the relative standard deviation of the method were 83.4% -112% and 3.3% - 11.3%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method is simple, sensitive and suitable for determination of benzene series in drinking water.
