摘要
对激光熔覆复合涂层反应体系标准反应吉布斯自由能 (ΔGT)的计算表明 :TiB2 生成的可能性最大 ,XRD分析也证明了这一点。利用差热分析 (DTA)对反应体系进行研究。结果表明 :体系的升温速率和化学成分对TiB2 的生成有一定影响。用非等温热分析法求涂层反应体系的反应动力学参数 ,建立可以粗略描述激光熔覆过程的动力学方程。
Calculating of ΔG T of laser cladding composite coating reaction system shows that TiB 2 is most possibly fabricated, and XRD analysis proves it too. Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) was used to study the system. Results show that velocity of heating rate and composition of the system have certain effects on the synthesis of TiB 2. Kinetic parameters of the coating reaction system have been obtained by non-isothermal thermal analysis method, and the kinetics equation could be established. And it could roughly describe the process of laser cladding.
