摘要
多轴数控机床具有结构复杂、运动自由度多等特点。为了解决虚拟环境下多轴数控机床几何模型与各轴关联运动的一致性问题 ,本文分析了多轴数控机床几何模型及运动模型的特点 ,研究了采用面向对象技术进行多轴数控机床建模的一般方法。以CKX5 680 7轴 5联动机床为例 ,使用OpenGL建立其虚拟仿真模型 ,实现了多轴数控机床几何模型与各轴关联运动的一致性 。
Multi-axis CNC mchining center are of both structural complexity and multi-axis kinematics. In order to tackle conjunct movement of axes in virtual enviromnent, geometric model and kinematics of multi-axis CNC machining center are studied, and generic modeling method based on object-oriented technology is investigated. Taking CKX5680 as a study case, virtual simulation model of multi-axis CNC machining center is established with consistency of geometric model and conjunct movement of axes using OpenGL. The developed method lays foundation to NC cutting simulation and collision detection.
