摘要 目的 :探讨锥型线束CT在牙槽外科手术中的应用价值。方法 :对 3 1例需拔牙或行种植义齿病例行锥型线束CT检查 ,扫描层厚 0 .62 5mm或 1.2 5mm ,扫描数据输入重建工作站 ,依据需要进行图像重建 (包括曲面重建、矢状位重建、冠状位重建等 ) ,重建层厚均为 0 .62 5mm。对图像进行分析及测量 (包括骨质厚度、高度等 )。结果 :锥型线束CT可清楚显示牙根与下牙槽神经管及上颌窦之间的解剖关系。能精确测量出上、下颌骨的厚度、高度及任何解剖标志之间的距离。结论 :锥形线束CT ,可精确定位 ,能清晰地描述颌骨的解剖结构及对某些数据进行精确测量 ,对指导牙槽外科的手术设计 ,预防手术并发症 ,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective:To study the diagnostic value of Cone beam CT in mandible and Maxilla examination and its feasibility in alveolar surgery plan designing.Method: 31 patients were examined with cone beam CT, the scanning speed was 360° /0.5S,the layer's thickness for scanning was 0.625mm or 1.25mm.Later scanning data were gotten, those data were transfered to computer workstation(GE. Advantage workstation, version 4.0 ), then variety reconstruction images were obtained with layer's thickness of 0.625 mm according to different demands. Still some geometric measurements were taken(such as length between any two anatomic marks, etc. ). Result:Images based on cone beam CT can clearly display the spatial relationship between root and maxillary sinus as well as inferior alveolar nerve canal. Reconstruction images are very clear. Cone beam CT can measure the length and width of maxilla and mandible, as well as any two marks on bone in order to analyse diseases .It can clearly display anatomic structure. Conclusion: Cone beam CT has many advantages, such as low radiation dose, high geometric accuracy in measurement, different orientation's reconstructive images are clear. It is very useful in surgical plan designing of alveolar surgery.
