摘要
目的 :探讨结缔组织病患者肺功能受损情况。方法 :测定 16 1例患者的肺功能 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 :结缔组织病患者肺功能参数的异常率DLCO为 72 % ,VC为 39.1% ,TLC为 4 1.6 % ,FEV1为 37.9% ,FVC为 4 2 .9% ,MVV为 2 1.1%。胸片未出现肺间质改变的患者 ,DLCO、VC、TLC、V 5 0、V 2 5、FEV1六项指标已有明显异常。结论 :结缔组织病患者肺功能改变主要表现为肺弥散功能降低、肺容积减少 ,并且肺功能的改变可较胸片更早出现异常 。
Objective:To investigate the pulmonary function in patients with connective tissue disease(CTD).Methods:The pulmonary function of 161 patients with CTD were measured and the data were compared with that of the control group.Results:The abnormality ratio of lung functions including DLCO,VC,TLC,FEV1,FVC and MVV were 72%,39.1%,41.6%,37.9%,42.9% and 21.1%.Some data of lung function such as DLCO、VC、TLC、V 50、V 25、FEV1 have changed whereas there were no interstitial lung images in chest X-rays examination.Conclusion:The results suggested that the characteristic of lung function of CTD is lower diffusion capacity and lower lung volume,and the abnormality of lung function are more sensitive than chest X-rays findings in CTD diagnosis.
