摘要
目的 比较狗阔筋膜和硬脑膜所能承受拉力的差异。方法 使用XL-250A型拉力实验机分别测定同期、相同条件下取得的狗阔筋膜和硬脑膜所能承受的最大拉力。结果 两种不同方向的阔筋膜的拉力强度无显著差别,阔筋膜与硬脑膜二者之间的拉力强度差别不显著,然而,二者之间每毫米所承受的拉力差别显著。结论用阔筋膜修复硬脑膜缺损足以支持脑组织。
Objective To investigate the difference in the tolerance to tension between dura mater and fascia lata lata of dog. Methods The tolerance of dura mater and fascia lata to the maximum tension was determined by XL-250A tensorneter,with these materials collected on the same date and under the same conditions from dogs. Results There were significant differences in the distribution of tension per square millimeter between dura mater and fascia lata,while no significant differences were observed in the intensity distribution of tension in two different directions between the two materials. Conclusion Fascia lata is suitable for defect repairing in dura mater.
