微生物来源的抗真菌抗生素SIPI-763-1的研究 被引量:3

摘要 寻找新型的抗真菌药物仍然是微生物新药研究方向之一。本实验室在筛选微生物来源的抗真菌抗生素的过程中,从数千株链霉菌中发现十几株阳性菌株,其中SIPI-763菌株展示出较强的抗真菌活性。通过培养基优化、大规模发酵、发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取、硅胶柱分离,从SIPI-763菌株的发酵液中获得化合物SIP-I-763-1。经理化性质、UV、NMR等图谱数据的分析,确定其化学结构与文献报道的丰加霉素(toyocamycin)结构一致。生物学活性研究发现,化合物SIPI-763-1不仅具有抗真菌活性,还具有抗耐药菌的新活性。 During the course of screening new anti fungal antibiotics in our lab, more than ten strains from thousands of Streptomyces isolated from soils exhibited anti fungal activities including strain SIPI 763. By media optimization, ethyl acetate extraction of broths, silica column chromatography, compound SIPI 763 1 was isolated. Its structure was elucidated by analyses of its physico chemical properties, UV, MS and NMR spectra data which is identical to that of toyocamycin. The study on biological activity found that compound SIPI 763 1 showed anti fungal activity and new activity against a methicillin resistant Staphylococus aureus .
