摘要
在图像处理与控制理论研究的基础上开发铁路货车装载状态监视及超限检测系统。系统由状态监视、高度监测、宽度监测及斜高监测四个子系统组成。通过对超限物体进行图像摄取,经由图像采集卡进入计算机形成图形文件,对货运装载超限状况实行实时监控与检测。建立分析超限数据的智能化软件系统,实现对安检操作的数字管理和结果的图形化显示。实验结果表明,该系统能够成功地监控货物超载情况和检测超限数据,能够达到每幅图像处理时间为40ms,动态监测精度为±20mm,静态监测精度为±10mm的精度要求,并且使径向畸变得到了很好的修正,镜头畸变小于1%,误差(以宽度测量为例)为15mm。
Monitoring state and overloading detection system is developed based on image processing and control theory. The system is composed of four subsystems which can monitor state, detect height, detect width and detect oblique height. The overloading object has been incepted then turned into graphics file by image collection card to realize real-time detecting and monitoring of freight overloading. An intelligent software system has been set up to analyze the overloading data to achieve numerical management for the operation of security verification and the graphics display of the results. Test results show that this system can detect cargo overloading and monitor overloading data successfully and it can achieve precision request, namely the disposal time of each image 40 ms, dynamic detecting precision ±20 mm and static detecting precision ±10 mm. The system makes radial distortion modify very well, camera lens distortion less than 1% and measurement error (for example, width) is 15 mm.
