低温烧结NiCuZn铁氧体的软磁特性 被引量:7

Soft Magnetic Properties of Low Temperature Sintered NiCuZn Ferrite From Powder Prepared by Sol-Gel Method

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了NiCuZn铁氧体.给出了Ni0.75-xZnxCu0.25Fe2O4的磁导率频谱曲线及μi、fr、Ms、Hc、TC随Zn含量x的变化.获得了在860~875℃的烧结温度下(100kHz下)起始磁导率μi = 610~300、比损耗因子tanδ/μi=(1.1~4.6)×10-6,和在880℃下烧结μi > 1000的良好性能. The fine powder of NiCuZn ferrites was prepared by sol-gel method. The complex permeability spectra are shown for sintered Ni0.75-xZnxCu0.25Fe2O4 specimens with various Zn content x . The electromagnetic properties including initial permeabilityμi, cut-off frequency fr , loss factor tanδ/μi, Curie temperature TC, saturation magnetization Ms and coercive force Hc are given and discussed for these sintered Ni0.75-xZnxCu0.25Fe2O4 specimens. The samples exhibit μi>1000 at sintering temperature 880℃, and μi of 610~300 and tanδ/μi of (1.1~4.6)×10-6 at sintering temperature 860~875℃.
