摘要
通过实物反求获得流道表面数据 ,在CAD环境下对获得的数据进行处理 ,设定工艺参数后在CAE中进行工艺优化 ,确定分型曲面获得模具CAD模型后在CAM系统中完成模具的数控加工。运用这种将逆向工程、CAD/CAM /CAE技术相结合的模具设计制造方法 ,能够提高产品精度、降低产品成本、缩短模具制造周期。
A novel manufacture processing of the engine gas-guide casting mould is presented in this thesis. The surface digital data of gas-guide is obtained by reversing engineering technology, and is processed in CAD environment to establish its three-dimension mold, finally the mould is manufactured through CAM system. The results indicate that this procedure integrating reverse engineering and NC technology can considerably advance the machine precision, reduce cost of the product, shorten manufacture cycle of mould and improve the quality of the product.
