摘要
使用高铬铸铁代替镍硬Ⅳ铸铁生产摊铺机螺旋布料叶片 ;采用底注式浇注系统并适当提高浇注温度以改善表面质量 ;增设压边冒口消除热节处缩孔、缩松 ;采用专用工装树脂砂造型进一步提高表面质量和生产效率。试验数据表明 。
High-Cr cast iron was used to produce the vane of screw auger used in the asphaltum and concrete paver instead of Ni-hard Ⅳ. The bottom gating system and higher pouring temperature were applied to improve the quality of the casting surface. The shrinkage defects could be avoided by using lip riser and exclusive equipments, as well as resin-bonded molding sand, were used for better quality and higher efficiency. Results show that immediate quenching decreases the properties of samples in some degree.
