摘要
研究不同含硅量的球墨铸铁分别以 90°和 45°冲击角度在酸性、中性和碱性石英砂介质中的冲蚀腐蚀磨损特性。结果表明 :球墨铸铁的冲蚀腐蚀磨损耐磨性随含硅量和冲击角度的增加而增加 ,在介质 pH值为 7时最高。球墨铸铁冲蚀腐蚀磨损机理的研究表明 ,在酸性介质中是粒子显微切削和腐蚀共同作用为主 ,而在中性和碱性介质中是以粒子显微切削为主 。
The erosion-corrosion wear behaviors of ductile cast iron with different silicon contents in the test conditions of acidic, neutral and alkaline slurries at the impact angles of 90° and 45° were studied respectively. The result showed that the erosion-corrosion wear resistance of ductile cast iron could be increased with the increaseing of silicon contents and the impact angle, and was the highest in the pH=7 slurry. The erosion-corrosion wear mechanism of ductile cast iron was the synthesis of medium corrosion and particles micro-cutting in acidic slurry, and was dominated by particles micro-cutting in neutral and alkaline slurries, the action of slurry corrosion was weakly.
