摘要
在分析虚拟装配环境中数据的特点和粗糙集理论方法的基础上 ,提出在虚拟装配环境中获取装配规划领域专家知识方法。采用仓库网格技术获得零部件属性 (即分类概念 ) ,在进行属性值评估并与虚拟装配环境中获得的结果数据合并后 ,应用基于粗糙集规则推理方法获取专家知识 ,对获取的知识进行评估以判断获取规则的正确率。以发动机引擎的装配模型为例 。
Through analyzing features of the data in virtual assembly environment and rough-set theory, a rough set-based knowledge acquisition methodology in virtual assembly environment was put forward. Firstly, the attributes of components (classification concept) were obtained, then these attributes evaluated and combining them with the data recorded in the virtual assembly environment, and then the expert knowledge was obtained by using rough set-based rule inducing method. Next, the accuracy of the knowledge was evaluated. Lastly, the validity of the methodology is confirmed by the process of eliciting knowledge for the engine.
