3味中药对解脲支原体体外抑制作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨中药野菊花、白花蛇舌草、车前草对解脲支原体 (Uu)的抑菌作用 ,为中药应用于临床治疗Uu感染 ,提供实验依据。方法 以水提法制备 3味中药原液 ,以琼脂稀释法测定野菊花、白花蛇舌草、车前草对 71株解脲支原体的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 野菊花、白花蛇舌草对Uu具有明显的抑制作用 ,MIC均为 12 5mg/ml。14株标准菌株中未发现对此 2种中药的耐药菌株。车前草无明显的抑菌作用。三味中药均对细胞无明显毒性。结论 野菊花、白花蛇舌草在体外对Uu均有明显的抑制作用 。 Objective It is to discuss the inhibitory effects of flos chrysanthemi, Oldenlandia and herba plantaginis on ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and provide the experimental information about clinical treatment of Uu infection.Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of three traditional Chinese herbs dilutions, which were extracted with water, was determined on seventy-one strains Uu with agar dilution methods.Results Flos chrysanthemi and Oldenlandia had significant inhibitory effects on Uu and the MIC was both 125 mg/mL. There was no resistant strain of fourteen standard strains. Herba plantaginis had no significant inhibitory effect. Three traditional Chinese herbs hadn't cytotoxicity.Conclusion Flos chrysanthemi and Oldenlandia have significant inhibitory effects in vitro on Uu, but herba plantaginis hasn't significant inhibitory effect.
