摘要 阐述甲壳素和壳聚糖的结构、性质 ,及其印染加工的应用基础 ,对含甲壳素纤维的棉及其棉混纺织物的抗菌整理进行试验和试生产。通过甲壳素纤维及其含量等对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果的研究表明 ,含一定量甲壳素纤维的棉和涤棉混纺产品具有明显的抗菌效果 ,但效果不同。含量 2 .5 %时 ,抗菌作用明显 ;含量 1%时 。 Based on knowing of the structure and properties of chitin and chitosan with its application to printing and dyeing process, we experimentally produced chitin fibers and its mixture fabric with cotton, and tested their sterilizing effect. Study on the impact of chitin fibers with its content to colon bacillus and staphylococcus aureus shows that certain amounts of chitin fibers in cotton and polyester-cotton mixture fabric have apparently sterilizing effect, but with different results. With the content of 2.5% chitin fiber, anti-bacterial effect was efficient, with 1%, the effect to colon bacillus was none.
