摘要
研究了羧甲基纤维素-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚反应,对初始pH值、引发剂用量、单体浓度、初始温度等因素对反应的影响进行了探讨,得到了最佳反应条件:单体浓度为20%,引发剂用量为300mg/L,初始温度为40℃,初始pH值为8,其影响作用的大小依次为:初始pH值、引发剂用量、单体浓度、初始温度.
Synthesis on the graft copolymerization of carboxymethylcellulose with acrylamide has been put forword in this paper. The effects of the initial PH and temperature, the concentration of initiations and monomer are discussed. The results showed that the optimal condition should be : the monomer concentration is 20%; the monomer concentration is 300 mg/L; the initial temperature is 40℃; the initial pH is 8. The priority of the effects is : the initial pH, the monomer concentration, the monomer concentration, the initial temperature.
