补体系统丝氨酸蛋白酶的结构与功能 被引量:10

摘要 补体系统的活化过程表现为一系列丝氨酸蛋白酶的酶促级联反应。补体丝氨酸蛋白酶包括C1r、C1s、MASP1~3、C2、B因子、D因子和I因子,均具严格的特异性。C1r、C1s和MASP1~3以酶原形式存在,激活后受C1INH调节,C2和B因子由RCA蛋白调节,尚未发现D因子和I因子的天然抑制物。
