摘要 本文介绍制备刚果红-弹性蛋白的简便工艺。成本低,产品质量符合部颁标准。 In this paper introductionabout the technology of preparating CongoRed--Elastin: After adding NaoH Sol toOx ligumentum Nuechea and treatingwith EtoH, Et_2 O and Me_2 CO, Elastin ispreparat. Then dye it With Congo Red,The preduct conforms to the MinistryStandard with low cost.
