摘要 基质金属蛋白酶家族在肿瘤细胞的浸润、发生和生长过程中起着非常重要的作用。本研究通过用免疫组化的方法对 MMP- 2 6在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜肿瘤的整个月经周期中的分布与定位以及对 MMP- 2 6与子宫内膜瘤各亚型、分期和级别之间的关系进行了研究。研究发现 ,MMP- 2 6在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜瘤月经周期的不同阶段均有表达。而且 ,在绝经后 ,MMP- 2 6在子宫内膜癌中的表达强于子宫内膜瘤中的表达 ,而不是在月经周期的分泌期。 MMP- 2 6在子宫内膜上皮细胞中的表达最强 ,其次是血管上皮细胞 ,子宫肌层的平滑肌细胞和子宫内膜基质细胞。并且随着肿瘤的浸润深度和根据 FIGO划分的肿瘤级别的升高 MMP- 2 6的表达增强。所以 ,MMP- 2 6在子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中的分布与表达说明 MMP- 2 MMPs play a key role in tumor cell invasion, angiogenesis, and growth. The aim of the study was to determine the expression and cellular distribution of MMP-26 in endometrial cancers and benign endometrium throughout the menstrual cycle and the correlation with tumor histological subtype, stage, and grade by immunohistochemical analysis. The result indicated that MMP-26 was expressed in endometrial carcinomas and benign endometrium at various stages of the menstrual cycle. The highest staining intensity was associated with endometrial epithelial cells, followed by vascular endothelial cells, myometrial smooth muscle cells, and endometrial stromal cells. Increased staining intensity of MMP-26 correlated with tumor grade and MMP-26 with the depth of myometrial invasion in tumors. Therefore, the results suggest that MMP-26 may play a key role in endometrial tumor progression.
