摘要 基于TRIZ的基本思想和工具,对生产方式的创新机理和方法进行了研究,提出了生产方式创新模型,并用精细生产方式的产生过程对模型进行检验,结果表明了所提模型的可行性和优越性。生产方式创新模型包括三部分:从整体上描述生产方式的可视化模型“生产方式树”、生产方式的创新源泉、生产方式的创新流程模型。 Based on TRIZ, an innovation model of manufacturing mode, which aims at revealing the mechanism of developing a new manufacturing mode, is put forward and tested using the development process of lean production. The model consists of 3 components: manufacturing mode tree, innovation sources and manufacturing method innovation process.
