摘要
在繁殖后期,给精子排放量少的雄性赤点石斑鱼Epinephelusakaara注射促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRHa)或生理盐水(对照组),6d后再次注射LHRHa,17α_羟基孕酮(17P),LHRHa+17P,LHRHa+DOM和生理盐水,第7天重复注射,24h后采集精液、血液。结果表明:所有的实验组均能提高精液量,其中LHRHa+17P、LHRHa+DOM和17P处理组精液量增加显著(约为对照组的3~5倍),但精子密度没有减少、精子活力没有降低。所有的实验组的血清11-KT含量降低,而血清T的含量增加,血清E2含量变化不大。精液量同11_KT含量水平之间呈负相关,同T的含量水平呈正相关。
At the end of the reproductive period, male Red Spotted Grouper (Epinephelus akaara) were injected with a commercial luteinizing_hormone releasing_hormone analog (LHRHa) preparation or vehicle (physiology saline). After 6 days, fish were additionally injected with 17α_hydroxyprogesterone(17P), domperidone(DOM) or vehicle. Injections were repeated on day 7,and after a further 24 h, milt was collected by syringe. Blood samples were also taken for analysis of steroid levels. The result suggested that all experimental groups increase in milt volume. Treatment with LHRHa in combination with 17P or DOM and 17P displayed a significant increase in milt volume (approximately 3~5 fold). And there were no significant different in sperm density and sperm motility. All experimental groups tended to result in lower blood plasma levels of 11_ketotestosterone (11_KT) and higher levels of testosterone (T) relative to saline-injected controls, while plasma E\-2 levels were unaffected. Milt volume tended to be negatively correlated with 11_KT levels and be positively correlated with plasma T levels. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of LHRHa, 17_P or DOM in combination in enhancing milt production in Red Spotted Grouper,without negatively affecting milt quality.
