摘要
以无水醋酸铜与咪唑基尾式卟啉5_对[4_(1_咪唑基)丁氧基]苯基_10,15,20_三苯基卟啉(p_ImBPTPP)在三氯甲烷 冰醋酸混合溶液中反应,合成了咪唑基尾式卟啉铜(Ⅱ)配合物CuⅡ(p_ImBPTPP)。以元素分析、ESI_MS、IR、1HNMR、UV_Vis光谱进行了表征。以UV_Vis、ESI_MS和荧光光谱滴定研究了CuⅡ(p_ImBPTPP)与锌卟啉—荧光素二元化合物Zn(Fl_PPTPP)的超分子自组装行为,用荧光光谱滴定数据计算了超分子结合常数。研究表明,CuⅡ(p_ImBPTPP) Zn(Fl_PPTPP)体系是以CuⅡ(p_ImBPTPP)的尾端咪唑基与Zn(Fl_PPTPP)中的Zn(Ⅱ)之间的配位键组装成超分子的,超分子中电子给体锌卟啉与电子受体铜卟啉的结合方式对其光诱导电子转移性质有重要影响。
5_[p_(4_(1_imidazolyl)butoxyl)phenyl_10,15,20_triphenylporphyrinatocopper(Ⅱ), Cu^(Ⅱ)(p_ImBPTPP), was synthesized by the reaction of 5_[p_(4_(1_imidazolyl)butoxyl)phenyl_10,15,20_triphenylporphyrin (p_ImBPTPP) with anhydrous CuSO_4 in CH_3Cl/HAc mixed solvent and characterized by elementary analysis, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI_MS), IR and ()~1H NMR. The behavior of supermolecular self_assembly of Cu^(Ⅱ)(p_ImBPTPP) with porphyrinatozinc_fluorescein hybrid, Zn(Fl_PPTPP), was studied. It was found that the Cu^(Ⅱ)(p_ImBPTPP)-Zn(Fl_PPTPP) supermolecule was assembled by coordination bonding formed by the coordination of the imidazolyl group in Cu^(Ⅱ)(p_ImBPTPP) to Zn(Ⅱ) in Zn(Fl_PPTPP). The supramolecular association constant was determined by fluorescence spectrum titration. The effect of the linkage mode between electron donor and electron acceptor on the properties of photoinduced electron transfer in supermolecule was also discussed.
