摘要
以微乳法合成聚苯乙烯乳液,离心法组装成规则排列的聚苯乙烯胶晶模板,按摩尔比为SiW12∶TEOS∶EtOH∶H2O=1∶30∶266∶800的比例配成前驱物溶胶,填充到模板剂的微球间隙中,制成了前驱物样品。然后在一定的升温速率和温度下焙烧除去PS模板,得到白色的SiW12 SiO2固体。通过IR、XRD等测试方法表明,所得到的样品是具有keggin结构的SiW12杂多酸,SEM下观察到样品具有规则排列的三维大孔结构。
Non_crosslinked,monodisperse polystyrene spheres were synthesized using an emulsifier_free emulsion polymerization technique. Ordered colloidal PS crystal was prepared by centrifugal effect. Three_dimensional macroporous material of Keggin_type SiW_(12)/SiO_2 was obtained by filling a precusor solution compounded of Keggin_type polyoxometalates(POMs) SiW_(12)O_(40), tetraethoxysilane(TEOS), ethanol and water in molar ratio of SiW_(12)∶TEOS∶EtOH∶H_2O=1∶30∶266∶800, into the interstices of the speres of the PS crystal, and subsequent calcination under a slow heating rate and suitable temperature. SEM images demonstrate that the obtained product is a highly ordere, three_dimensional and macroporous structure. Infrared spectra and X_ray diffraction determination shows that the porous walls compose of SiW_(12) with the Keggin structure and non_crystal SiO_2.
