摘要
基于Fuzzy集合理论,提出了一种社会经济系统仿真方案的多目标、多层次Fuzzy综合评价方法,对不同评价原则下的多种Fuzzy算子的组合策略作了探讨,给出了多种多目标权系数赋值方法以及多种评价矩阵隶属度确定方法.实践表明,应用该方法可将因素对方案的影响通过不同层次、不同阶段较为直观地表现出来,从而较好地保证了方案评价的客观性.
Based on the fuzzy set theory, a multiobjective and multilayer overall fuzzy evaluating method for assessing different simulating schemes for the socio-economic system is proposed. Combination strategies with multiple fuzzy operators under different evaluating rules are discussed. Methods for determining multiobjective weights and those for determining the degree of membership of evaluating matrix are presented. It is proved by practice that, with this method, the influence of various factors on schemes can be seen directly through different layers and different stages so as to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation. The complete evaluating procedure has been implemented in an IBM PC XT/AT with FORTRAN 77 language and FOXBASE+ language.
