摘要
对1Cr_(18)NiTi不锈钢材料表面进行激光熔覆的研究.采用正交设计方案选取了最佳工艺参数,研究了激光熔覆层的组织结构,测量了激光熔覆区的成分及硬度分布,特别是对激光熔覆的热影响区的碳的扩散与集聚作了分析与讨论.对激光熔覆试样进行了磨损和腐蚀试验.
A 5kW CW CO2 laser has been used for surface cladding on substrate of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti. Optimal technological parameters are determined by an orthogonal design. The microstructure of the clad layer is investigated by SEM and the diffusion of carbon in the heat-affected area has been carefully studied with wave spectrum analysis. The corrosion and wear resisting behaviors of specimens are examined and compared with those by flame-sprayed and plasma-clad coating. The results are very encouraging.
