摘要
知识经济时代,如何加强现代医院人力资源管理已成为医院最迫切解决的课题。针对我国公立非营利 性医院人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了科学合理地进行人力资源管理的几点建议。
In the age of knowledge economy, how to strengthen nodern manpower resources management has become the program that the hospital most solves urgently. According to the problem of existence and the present situation of manpower resources management of public hospital in China, this paper proposes some suggestion of manpower resources management rationally.
