The HCMS-29xx/HCMS-39xx series are high performance,easy to use dot matrix displays driven by on-board CMOS ICs.Each display can be directly interfaced with microprocessor,thus eliminating the need for cumbersome interface components.In the paper,the pin function,the cycle timing diagram and the inner block diagram of the HCMS-29xx/HCMS-39xx are introduced,the interface circuit is also given.
