火花点燃发动机使用汽油-氢气燃料时燃烧规律的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在单缸汽油试验机上分别以汽油-氢气及汽油为燃料进行了一系列性能对比试验,对其燃烧规律作了深入的研究,并用CB-366燃烧分析仪测取了发动机的燃烧放热规律和气缸压力变化规律,对此进行了较详细的理论分析。研究结果表明汽油机中添加少量氢后,氢起到助燃剂的作用,加宽了着火界限;大大缩短了着火延迟期;提高了火焰传播速度。在稀混合气燃烧的条件下,对燃烧后期的改善尤为明显,缩短了燃烧持续期。性能试验结果证实了燃烧规律研究的结论,即汽油机加氢后在一般负荷下热效率提高率为10%~15%,小负荷下提高更为明显;发动机经济稀混合气区域加宽,能够燃烧过量空气系数为1.3的稀混合气;有害排放量降低;气缸内压力循环变动量减小,使发动机柔和。 A lot of experiments were made on a single cylinder test engineoperating on two kinds of fuel,i.e.gasoline-hydrogen and gasoline.Withthe combustion analyzer CB-366,the rules of engine heat release and thecylinder pressure vs.crankangle diagrams were measured,and a detailedtheoretical analysis has been given.The results above show that a smallamount of hydrogen added into gasoline engine,which acts as a burningpromoter,can widen the ignition limits,shorten the ignition delay greatlyand speed up the flame propagation.Under the condition of burning leanmixture,it can obviously improve the combustion process;especially in thelatter combustion period,reduce the combustion duration.The results of theperformance experiments prove the conclusions of the studies of combustionrule and show that,with the addition of hydrogen,running at generalloads the thermal efficiency increases by 10-15%,when running at lightloads,even higher;the engine economical lean mixture range is extended,the engine operates normally at excess air ratio of 1.3;the amount of toxicemissions is reduced;the fluctuations of cylinder pressure between thecycles become smaller and the engine operates smoothly.
