20世纪 80年代由于电子计算机技术、传感器技术及变频调速技术等一系列先进技术与并条机的有机结合 ,使新一代并条机的速度更高 ,并且其质量保障体系更加完善。如自调匀整装置、棉条粗节监控系统、牵伸罗拉隔距自动调节系统、高效负压清洁系统等 ,使棉条质量更高 。
Modern drawing frame has higher speed and more perfect quality assurance system because of effective combination of electronic computer technology, sensor technology, frequency conversion & speed-regulating technology and so on. Many measures such as autoleveler, cotton sliver slub monitor system, draw roller gauge automatic regulating system, hi-performance negative pressure cleaning system and so on make higher quality of sliver, which produce a advantages for top-quality & hi-production in downstream process.
