摘要 脑钠素的临床应用是近年来心血管领域的研究热点之一。本文就脑钠素的结构、合成、分泌及其在心力衰竭、缺血性心脏病、高血压等心血管疾病中的变化及临床应用作一综述。 The clinical application of brain natriuretic peptide is one of the hottest research points in cardiovascular field recently.The review summarized the structure,synthesis,excretion of brain natriuretic peptide and its change,clinical application in cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure,ischemic heart disease,hypertension and so on.
