摘要
本文简要介绍了受控物质与氟利昂物质的关系、受控物质对环境的影响以及“蒙特利尔议定书”对受控物质的规定,并综述了近年来受控物质替代物的发展趋势及我国的对策。
The relation between Ozone Depletion Substances (ODS) and Freon Substances, the effect of ODS on the environment and the phaseout schedule proposed by (Montreal Protocol) are briefly reviewed. The tendency of ODS alternatives and the policy of chinese government are also treated.
