摘要
数据测量是逆向工程的首要阶段 ,测量数据的好坏直接决定着后续数字化模型能否在误差控制范围内还原为已有的实物样件。现对三坐标测量机和结构光测量仪在进行数据采集过程中产生的测量误差进行了详细的分析 ,并提出了相应的解决方案 ,为最终构造出精度高。
Data acquisition is the first stage in reverse engineering. The quality of data is essential to determine if we can deoxidize the sample in the tolerance range. It analyzes the measured tolerance in acquiring data by CMM and optical measuring machine, puts forward the corresponding method. It is key to reconstruct CAD model with high quality and precision.
