摘要
二步合成法制备复合型金属清净剂烷基水杨酸钙时应用了表面活性剂。以烷基水杨酸及氧化钙等为原料,在醇类及氨类化合物为促进剂的条件下合成了碱值达350 mgKOH/g的复合型金属清净剂钙盐产品。采用红外光谱等分析方法考察了该产品的胶体稳定性及添加剂中碱性组分碳酸盐的晶型结构;通过冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察了含碳酸盐的胶体粒子结构及粒度分布情况;应用四球试验机等考察了该产品的极压抗磨性能。结果表明,所合成的产品不但具有优良的高温清净性、一定的低温分散性、热稳定性、极压抗磨性,而且与磺酸盐类清净剂具有良好的相容性。
Surfactants were used in preparation of metal detergent, composite calcium alkylsalicylate, by two-step synthetic method. The composite calcium allkysalicylate was prepared from alkylsalicylate and calcium oxide with alcohol and amine compounds as promoters. The base number of the product was 350mgKOH/g. The colloid stability and the carbonate crystal structure of the product were investigated by infrared spectroscopy; the structure and distribution of carbonate-containing micelle were observed through freeze-etching electron microscope; and four-ball tester determined the extreme pressure anti-wear performance. The research results showed that the product not only had the advantages of high-temperature detergency, low-temperature dispersancy, thermal stability and extreme-pressure anti-wear properties, but also had good compatibility with sulphonates. It was a lube additive having good performance.
