摘要 目的 探讨脊髓损伤雪旺细胞移植术后MRI表现特征。资料与方法 对 2 0 0 1~ 2 0 0 3年 17例脊髓损伤雪旺细胞移植术前和术后的MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果 脊髓损伤雪旺细胞移植术后 ,病灶内脊髓斑点状生长和 /或病灶周围脊髓增粗者 8例 (4 7.1% ) ,脊髓病灶无明显变化者 7例 (4 1.2 % ) ,呈胶质瘤样生长者 2例(11.8% )。结论 MRI可以很好地反映脊髓损伤雪旺细胞移植术后情况。 Objective To investigate MRI features of Schwann cell transplantation in spinal cord injury.Materials and Methods MRI findings of both before and after Schwann cell transplantation in 17 cases with spinal cord injury, encountered during 2001~2003 in our hospital, were retrospectively analyzed.Results On MRI after Schwann cell transplantation, scattered patchy spinal growth in the lesion and/or thickened spinal cord around the lesion were seen in 8 cases (47.1%), no obvious changes of the spinal lesion were seen in 7 cases, and glioma-like growth pattern was seen in 2 cases.Conclusion MRI can well reflect the situation of Schwann cell transplantation in spinal cord injury.
