摘要
针对粉煤灰低密度水泥浆体系存在的不足 ,经过室内研究 ,开发出了适用于高水灰比条件下的粉煤灰体系稳定剂SSD和早强激活剂TSN ,使粉煤灰复合低密度水泥浆性能稳定 ,密度在 1.30~ 1.4 5g/cm3 范围内可调 ,抗压强度较高并具有一定膨胀性。稳定剂SSD是以海泡石这种具有高比表面积纤维状物质为主 ,它加入到水泥浆体系中 ,将发挥纤维在界面上的交联与强化作用 ,以提高水泥石的抗压强度并使水泥浆具有一定的触变性。实验结果表明 ,稳定剂SSD的加入使水泥浆的析水率有明显减少 ,保证粉煤灰体系在高水灰比下的稳定性 ,同时由于稳定剂中还含有活性成分SiO2 、MgO ,能进一步提高该水泥石的抗压强度以及凝结后水泥石体积有一定量的膨胀 ,实现水泥环与地层、套管间的良好胶结 ,提高固井质量。
A stabilizer SSD and an early strength activator TSN were developed in lab for high W/C furnace slag slurry system, aimed at removing the deficiencies in previous low density furnace slag cement slurry. With the two agents added in the slurry, the slurry property is stable, the density is conditional between 1.30~1.45 g/cm 3, the compressive strength of cement stone is high and certain volume expansion does occur. Stabilizer SSD uses kinsite, which is a fibrous material of large specific surface area, as a main component. When it is used in the slurry, the fibers cross link on the water-cement particle interact to improve the cement stone pressure strength and to provide the volume certain thixotropic property. Experiments established that with SSD in, the bleeding of the slurry was lowered substantially to ensure the slurry stability in high W/C condition. Due to the existence of SiO 2 and MgO in SSD, it made consolidation between the casing and the formation in good condition. The cementing quality will also be improved.
