摘要 目的 :研究血管性痴呆大鼠海马胆碱能神经元及行为的变化。方法 :将大鼠随机分成手术组及对照组 ,手术组制作血管性痴呆大鼠模型 ,3 0d后用Morris水迷宫检测两组大鼠空间记忆能力及免疫组织化学染色检测海马CA1区胆碱能神经元数目的变化。结果 :手术组大鼠空间记忆能力明显下降 ,海马CA1区胆碱能数目较对照组明显减少。结论 :血管性痴呆大鼠海马胆碱能神经元减少 ,空间记忆能力下降。 Objective To study the change of cho li nergic neurons of hippocampus and praxiology of vascular dementia rats. Methods The rats were divided into control and operation group rando mly. The vascular dementia model was reproduced. After 30 days, abilities of lea rning and memory of two group rats were tested by using the Morris water maze. I mmunochemistry staining was used to observe the number of cholinergic neurons of CA1 subfield of hippocampus. Results The number of the ChAT positive neurons in the CA1 subfield of the hippocampus in control and operation group was 119.15±2.02 and 39.96±3.16 respectively. Abilities of learning and memory of rats and the number of the ChAT positive neurons in the CA1 subfie ld of the hippocampus were more significantly decreased in operation group (P <0.01 or P<0.01). Conclusion The number of cholinergi c neurons and abilities of learning and memory of vascular dementia rats are dec reased.
