摘要 顺铂是临床上常用的抗癌药之一,由于其较强的耳毒性而限制了用量,影响化疗后患者的生活质量。为探索顺铂引起细胞凋亡的机制和毛细胞再生、移植等最新防治方法的研究进展,综述了近年来有关顺铂耳毒性的表现和可能机制及其防治方法。
