拟薄水铝石胶溶性能的研究 被引量:23

摘要 对拟薄水铝石的胶溶性能进行了研究。结果表明,原料种类、制备工艺、干燥条件和胶溶条件等影响拟薄水铝石的胶溶性能。不同原料和制备工艺制备的拟薄水铝石的胶溶指数差别明显,胶溶指数最小的为11%,最大的为89%;干燥条件对拟薄水铝石的胶溶性能影响较大,当温度升高到200℃时,拟薄水铝石的胶溶指数降到小于10%;工业烘干拟薄水铝石的胶溶指数随加酸量的增加而增加,酸铝摩尔比为0.2时,其胶溶指数为89%。拟薄水铝石的胶溶程度影响焙烧后产品的性能。 The acid dispersion property of pseudoboehmite was investigated. The results showed that the raw material, preparation method, drying temperature and acidifying condition all influenced the dispersion property of the pseudoboehmite. When the raw material and/or preparation technologies were different, the dispersion index of the pseudoboehmite changed apparently, with a lowest value of 11% and a highest value of 89%. Drying temperature was an important factor to lower the dispersion index, the dispersion index decreased to lower than 10% when the temperature rose to 200℃. The dispersion index of the industrially dried pseudoboehmite increased with the amount of the acid added into the system, the dispersion index was 89% at an acid/alumina ratio of 0. 2. The properties of the products prepared from pseudoboehmite were correlated with the dispersion extent of pseudoboehmite.
