摘要
应用PIMS软件,对重整原料进行多方案优化测算。根据优化测算结果,落实了芳烃潜含量高的化工轻油供应配置,提高了重整原料芳烃潜含量,降低了重整原料中加氢焦化汽油比例,实现了"芳、烯"原料流向优化。实际生产数据表明,重整装置三苯产量大幅上升,原油采购成本、汽油质量升级成本得到大幅降低,取得了显著的整体经济效益。
Reformer feedstock was optimized by using PIMS software from examiningdifferent cases. According to the optimizing result, the supply disposition of naphtha with high potential content of aromatics was set, which resulted in increasing the aromatics potential and lowering the blending ratio of hydrotreated coker gasoline in the feedstock; and realized the optimizing distribution of aromatics and olefin feed source. The actual production data confirmed that the production of benzene, toluene and xylenes increased sharply; and the costs of crude purchasing and gasoline upgrading significantly decreased, therefore, obvious economic effect was obtained.
