以某大型企业为背景,以软件工程为指导,运用先进的设计方法与结构分析,探讨了以人力资源预测模型为基础的管理系统的设计问题,使人力资源预测模型与管理信息系统有机地结合起来,并通过企业测试达到了预期目的,从而为企业决策者提供了有力的管理手段,具有一定的推广应用价值。
By taking a large enterprise as background, manpower resource forecast is discussed, under the direction of software engineering theory by mans of the advanced structure analysis and design method. The manpower resource forecast model is combined with the management system. The expected purpose is achieved by enterprise testing. A powerful managemant way is provided to the enterprise manager.
