摘要
目的总结外伤性肾损伤的诊治体会 ,提高肾损伤的诊治效果。方法对 92例肾损损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 92例肾损伤患者中 ,伴有合并伤 2 1例。保守治疗 6 1例 ,超选择性肾动脉栓塞术 4例 ,手术治疗 2 7例 ,其中肾切除 19例 :死亡 2例。结论B超和CT检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法。准确进行伤情评估 。
Objective To evaluate the management and diagnosis of 92 cases of renal trauma.Methods 92 cases of renal traumas were studied retrospectively.Result 21 cases of 92 were complicated by other organ injuries.61 patients received conservative treatment,27 Patients underwent open operation and 19 of them required nephrectomy.6 cases received super-selected renal arteriographic embolization,2 patients died of injury.Conclusions Ultrasonography and CT were effective means for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma.The extent of the injury should be evaluated accurately and quickly.The most important was to decide the treatment strategy open surgery of not.
