阴离子聚合中活性种与防老剂的反应机理

摘要 研究了受阻酚类、含酯基和亚磷酸酯类防老剂与阴离子活性种的作用,探讨了酚羟基、酯基和亚磷酸酯与活性种的反应机理。受阻酚类防老剂上的酚羟基可提供活泼氢使阴离子活性种失活,而反应后的防老剂遇水时又会从水分子上夺取氢而复原,从而起到终止剂和防老剂的双重作用;含酯基的防老剂可起到两臂偶联剂的作用,与活性种反应生成双倍峰,产物带有粉红色;亚磷酸酯类防老剂可起到三臂偶联剂的作用,与活性种反应生成3倍峰,没有颜色变化。防老剂分子结构造成的空间位阻可显著降低相关官能团与阴离子活性种的反应活性。 This paper studies the function among anion spike and antioxidant of hindered phenol, ester group, and phosphite ester group, and explores reaction mechanism of hydroxy group, ester group, phosphite ester, and spike. The hydroxyl on hindered phenol antioxidants provides active hydrogen which can terminate activity of spike, and the antioxidants will restitute by capturing hydrogen from water. So the hindered phenol antioxidants can be used as antioxidants and terminating reagent simultaneously. Some antioxidants with ester group can be used as linear coupled reagent, double peaks will come into being when they react to active centers, and pink will be found in their products. Phosphite antioxidants will act as tri-branch coupled reagent when they react to active centers. Steric hinder comes from the antioxidant' s molecular structure will greatly influence the reaction activity above.
