妊娠期弓形虫感染对母体免疫的影响 被引量:6

摘要 感染弓形虫的孕妇的细胞免疫受到抑制 ,免疫细胞数量减少、功能降低 ,细胞因子网络的调节功能失衡 ,以Th2型免疫占主导 ;体液免疫有一定的保护作用 ,多种抗体的出现对于预测弓形虫的垂直传播有重要的价值 ;妊娠期子宫内膜与胎盘滋养层发生局部免疫细胞功能的转变 ,以避免胚胎作为同种移植物而受到母体免疫的排斥 ,同时也有利于弓形虫的传播 ;雌孕激素对免疫的抑制作用是先天性弓形虫病发生的重要原因。
