摘要
简要介绍了BWJ40-Ⅱ型喷嘴的特点和在中石化广州分公司的工业应用情况。装置标定数据说明:使用该喷嘴可以提高装置的加工能力,同时减少干气收率,降低焦炭产率,增加轻油收率0.5个百分点以上,可有效提高装置的经济效益。
The performance characteristics of BWJ40-Ⅱ type feed nozzle and its commercial application in Guangzhou Pertrochemic Company are briefly introduced.The commercial results showed that BWJ40-Ⅱ nozzle enabled to improve the capacity by more than 5%, the light oil yield increased by 0.77%, and the dry gas and coke reduced by 0.36% and 0.33%. It can make notable action to improve economic benefit of FCC unit.
