摘要
目的 探讨广西汉、壮族学生营养干预的效果和对策 ,为改善西部少数民族地区学生营养状况和生长发育水平提供科学依据。方法 采取随机整群抽样方法 ,在汉、壮族地区分别抽取中小学校各 2所 ,实施营养干预措施后观察效果。结果 干预后汉、壮族地区学生营养知识、态度和行为都有明显提高 ,汉族地区好于壮族地区。干预后只有壮族地区中学生营养状况有明显改善。干预后汉族地区学生形态、机能指标变化不明显 ,壮族地区学生体成分和机能指标向有利方面发育。结论 对广西汉、壮族学生采取的营养干预措施是可行和有效的 ,应进一步加强实施和推广。
Objective To explore the intervention and impacts of students' nutrition among Han and Zhuang nationality, and to provide scientific evidence for improving students' growth and development in minority area.Methods Two primary and secondary schools were sampled from Han region,Zhuang region respectively. Some nutritious interventions were conducted on those students, then evaluated the impacts.Results After the intervention, the knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP) for Han students was better than Zhuang students, and in both nationality, their KAP was improved, while only the Zhuang students' nutritious status was improved. After the intervention, the indices of body mass and function for Zhuang students were improved but the indices of morphometrics and function for Han students didn't change obviously.Conclusion The nutritious intervention is feasible and efficient, so it should be strengthened and popularized further.
