摘要
目的 :明确中学生的应对方式类型并探讨自我效能感与应对方式之间的关系。方法 :对来自于广州、潮州和成都九所中学的 13 3 8名中学生进行了一般自我效能感量表 (GSES)和应对问卷的测试。结果 :( 1)中学生的应对方式可以分为主动解决问题、消极自我评价、消极外部评价和寻求外部支持四种类型 ;( 2 )中学生在自我效能感上存在显著的性别差异 ,男生的自我效能感较高 (F =9 62 ,P <0 0 1) ;( 3 )自我效能感对四类应对方式的回归系数均达到显著性水平 ,自我效能感高的中学生更多地采取主动解决问题和寻求外部支持的应对方式 ,较少采取内部消极评价和外部消极评价的应对方式。结论 :自我效能感对中学生会采取何种应对方式起着一定的预测作用。
