Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗128例成人动脉导管未闭随访 被引量：3

摘要 目的 :应用Amplatzer封堵器经皮介入治疗成人先天性动脉导管未闭 (PDA)术后中长期随访分析。方法 :全组 13 1例病人 ,年龄 15～ 5 2岁 ,平均 ( 3 8 6± 9 6)岁。PDA最窄部位直径 2～ 12mm ,平均 ( 7 5± 2 8)mm ;术后 12 8例患者 (随访率为 97 7% )完成随访 2 5～ 72个月 ,平均 ( 4 0 7± 8 1)个月 ,中位数 44 7个月。术前、术后第 1天及 2 0 0 4年 4月间常规行大小便常规和血生化及心脏超声心动图等检查。结果 :所有病人手术成功 ,12 8例随访患者中 10例 ( 7 8% )术后 1d存在微量残余分流。其中 3例 ( 2 3 % )术后 1d轻度溶血 ,术后 3d恢复正常。随访中所有病人健在。未发现残余分流、溶血及感染性心内膜炎。心脏超声心动图左室舒张末径从 ( 4 7 3± 9 9)mm变为( 4 1± 5 4)mm (P <0 0 1) ;收缩末径从 ( 3 6 2± 6 1)mm变为 ( 2 9 7± 3 7)mm (P <0 0 1) ;肺动脉收缩压从 ( 4 0 1±3 9)mmHg变为 ( 2 2 4± 2 1)mmHg(P <0 0 1)。结论 :应用Amplatzer封堵器经皮介入治疗成人先天性动脉导管未闭是安全的 ,可行的。
