高压氧合并牛磺酸对缺血性脑损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的 :探讨高压氧合并牛磺酸对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌流皮层神经元损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭 30min再灌流模型。应用病理及组织化学方法观察高压氧合并牛磺酸对缺血性神经细胞坏死及凋亡的影响。结果 :脑缺血 30min再灌流第 3d ,沙土鼠脑皮层组织间隙水肿 ,神经细胞坏死并凋亡同时存在。高压氧 (0 2MPa)暴露第3d ,组织间隙水肿消退 ,神经胶质细胞增生。高压氧 (0 2MPa)合并牛磺酸 (0 1g/kg)治疗第 3d,神经元坏死与凋亡数目明显减少。结论 Objective: To investigate the protection of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined with taurine from cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury. Methods: The model of cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury was established by clamping bilateral carotid arteries for 30 min in gerbils. The necrotic or apoptotic neurons in the cerebral cortex of these gerbils' were detected by pathological and histochemical techniques after treated with HBO combined with taurine. Results: At the 3rd d following cerebral ischemic/reperfusion, the intercerebral edema was obvious in gerbils' cortex and many necrotic or apoptotic neurons could be observed at the same time. When the animals were exposed to HBO(0.2 MPa), their intercerebral edema was absorbed and the glial cells proliferated at the 3rd d. When they were treated with HBO combined with taurine, the rate of necrotic or apoptotic neurons in their cortex decreased evidently. Conclusion: HBO combined with taurine can protect the brain from ischemic/reperfusion injury.
