摘要
目的 :观察卒中患者在电针及主动运动状态下即刻双侧半球脑电活动的变化。方法 :分别让患者行患侧拇指的主动对掌运动及电针患侧曲池、合谷 ,记录并比较患者脑电活动的变化情况。结果 :在拇指对掌运动时 ,患侧大脑半球δ波功率下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,电针亦同样使其δ波功率明显下降 (P <0 0 1 ) ,但二者之间比较无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。电针还能使非梗死侧大脑半球 β2 波的平均功率升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :在脑卒中患者的恢复期 ,主动运动及电针刺激均能即刻改善患者的脑电活动状态 ,且电针还能引起非梗死侧大脑半球电活动增强。
Objective To investigate the transient change on the hemisphere brain electrical activity in the patient of stroke under electroacupuncture or exercise state. Methods The patient made an active thumb palm movement, or received electroacupuncture at Quchi (LI 11) and Hegu (LI 4) on the affected side, then brain electrical activities of the patient were investigated by brain mapping instrument and compared. Results In the thumb palm movement, power of δ wave in the brain hemisphere on the affected side decreased significantly ( P <0 05), and also it could be decreased by electroacupuncture ( P <0 01), with no significant difference between the movement and electroacupuncture on it ( P >0 05). And mean power of β 2 wave in the brain hemisphere of the non infarction side was increased by electroacupuncture ( P <0 05). Conclusion In the patient of stroke at the recovery stage, active exercise and electroacupuncture can improve transient brain electrical activity, and electroacupuncture can strengthen the brain electrical activity of cerebral hemisphere in the non infarction side.
