摘要
根据锰(Ⅳ)氧化酪氨酸可以产生弱的化学发光,甲醛对这一化学发光反应有较强的增敏作用的原理,建立了测定酪氨酸的流动注射化学发光分析法.实验结果表明,该方法检出限为2.0×10-7g/mL酪氨酸,线性响应范围为8.0×10-7~1.0×10-5g/mL.对5.0×10-6g/mL酪氨酸进行11次测定,相对标准偏差为2.1%.该法已应用于测定医用18 氨基酸注射液中的L 酪氨酸.
The reaction between L-tyrosine and soluble Mn (Ⅳ) can bring chemiluminescence. Formaldehyde can enhance this chemiluminescence reaction. Base on this phenomenon, a new analytical method for determination of L-tyrosine is proposed. The linear relationship between the intensity of chemiluminescence and the concentration of L-tyrosine is in the range of 8.0×10^(-7)~(1.0×10^(-5)g/mL) with detection limit of 2.0×10^(-7)g/mL. The RSD for measurement of 5.0×10^(-6)(g/mL) L-tyrosine (n=11) is 2.1 %. The method is applied to the determination of L-tyrosine in injection of amino-acid with satisfactory results.
